The aim of this series is to bring subject matter experts from different domains to share insights on the upcoming trends, technologies and bottlenecks . Weekly dose of knowledge to further empower the entrepreneurs/ start-ups to acquire and develop on their existing knowledge on different aspects of entrepreneurship. Lea Dias, CEO & Founder of Quæfacta, for the last year has been developing technology blockchain-based traceability solutions for global pharmaceutical supply chains and focusing on the secure transmission of patient healthcare data. Lea has extensive experience as a hospital clinical pharmacist and digital strategy consultant. She has implemented hospital pharmacy robotic solutions, specialised in pharma supply chain logistics and advised on digital electronic health systems in tertiary hospital facilities.

With an extensive knowledge in healthcare, Lea’s focus is on innovative, emerging digital technologies such as blockchain and AI to better improve the quality of patient care, and empower individuals to make more informed, data-driven healthcare decisions. She is involved as a mentor for digital healthcare organisations including: FTR4H, Startupbootcamp Berlin, and an ambassador for Data Natives, Berlin.
